When a recruiter expresses interest in you, you now have the ability to give feedback to the to the recruiter to let them know you are not interested. If you have shown interest in a position, recruiters can now give you feedback that they are not interested in you as well. Enabling communication and feedback are huge improvements over the status quo where many of today’s candidates feel online applications just go into a black hole.

In addition to itzbig’s own chat capabilities, you can now enter your preferred external chat client (Google, MSN, or Yahoo) in order to increase the odds of chatting with recruiters. If you are online during your normal business day with gtalk, Yahoo or msn messenger and a recruiter from a company with which you are interested is online, you will have instant access to get feedback from the recruiter on the position of interest.

Education Enhancements
More accurate matching. Save time.

Education institution is now included as part of itzbig’s job and candidate profiles. Recruiters can add universities to look for graduates from specific schools and you can add the university or universities you attended to improve your scores and chance of finding the right job match.
