  itzbig doesn’t want your resume. A resume is an important document, but we believe it should remain in your control. itzbig doesn’t ask for or keep your resume anywhere on the network. An employer may ask for your resume and we’re happy to help with this transfer. At times, we may even temporarily host your resume to help get it into the employer’s hands. But, rest assured, we’re not in the business of selling your resume.

  We want you to remain in control. Stay anonymous as long as you like. itzbig will never require you to provide any information about yourself. We won’t require your name, your resume, or any other personal identifiable information. The employers in the network may require information from you in order to consider you for the opportunities they represent. If you have been asked for any personal information, such as a resume or your name, then it is because the employer requires it.

  Absolutely! One of the system’s benefits is that you can set up multiple profiles and get matched to jobs based on different goals or situations. Set a up a dream job profile that has all the skills and preferences you want in an opportunity and learn what skills & steps are necessary to be considered for those types of roles. Create a profile for a “Plan B” so you have a back-up plan in the event your employment situation changes outside your control.
